20-20-20: three 20 minute rounds designed to tone and sculpt, performed in our fitness studio on the main gym floor.
AFTERBURN: a series of High Intensity Interval Training bouts between weights and cycling performed in our spin studio and main fitness studio, both located on the main gym floor.
BOXING: learn real boxing techniques while developing athletic strength and endurance in our boxing studio located downstairs.
CARDIO & PILATES: tone and tighten through a series of pilates exercises and work up a sweat with a mix of cardio, located in our fitness studio on the main gym floor.
CORE & PILATES: tone and tighten through a series of pilates exercises with a little added focus specifically on your abdominals.
HOT YOGA: a full hot yoga schedule of classes provided as a membership add-on by Shunyata Yoga, in the Shunyata Hot Yoga Studio located upstairs.
KICKBOXING: a fun filled class full of kicks and punches with a focus on athletic fitness, performed in our fitness studio located on the main gym floor.
